With 25 years in practice, Chris Jolly has considerable standing in the fields of commercial and civil litigation. As a Solicitor Advocate (Civil) he is one of the few of his peers qualified to represent clients in the Higher Courts.
Chris is no ‘run of the mill’ lawyer and draws on extensive experience and specialist skills across disciplines, including trial work. He has earned a deserved reputation for robustly advancing his clients’ interests and being fearless of going into court. Clients say they have complete confidence in his ability to pursue and win their cases at the highest level and opponents acknowledge his flair for identifying the issues key to success.
His knowledge and legal skills combined with the personal qualities, which enable him to get the very best out of people, have led him to develop a ‘hands on’ approach to all spheres of dispute resolution, negotiating cost-effective and practical solutions for clients where appropriate.
After many years in private practice with three regional firms he has now established The Jolly Williams Partnership with Jeff Williams to meet the demand for a niche specialist legal practice which can deliver excellent advice and a complete service from first interview to trial.

One of the founding partners of the Jolly Williams Partnership, Jeff has extensive experience of civil litigation, acting both for companies in complex commercial disputes and on behalf of individuals pursuing their rights.
Having trained with a firm in Surrey, he established his reputation in firms in Herefordshire and Wiltshire before going on to develop his own niche practice with Chris Jolly, The Jolly Williams Partnership.
Jeff is the Head of Personal Injury at the firm and has acted successfully for clients across the country. He is a member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers.
With proven experience across the breadth of litigation, Jeff utilises his specialist skills in providing an excellent service for clients that goes well beyond merely providing legal advice. By understanding the client’s business, developing relationships and identifying objectives he ensures that legal services are delivered efficiently and effectively. Clients value his calm, knowledgeable and sympathetic approach to them and his cool, incisive and unflappable style at the sharp end.

Jenny McKellar is a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives and has specialised in personal injury work for the last 14 years. During this time Jenny has recovered more than £2 million of compensation on behalf of the clients she has represented. She has considerable experience in a broad spectrum of compensation claims ranging from work related accidents to product liability claims. Jenny is a member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers.

Sandra is a conveyancing executive and is the head of our Residential Conveyancing Team with the benefit of over 25 years of experience in this dynamic area of work.
Commanding a wide knowledge of the conveyancing process, Sandra is highly skilled in bringing matters to a fast and satisfactory conclusion for her clients. With her experience gained in the legal department of a well-known national housebuilding company, as well as many years in private practice, Sandra is well-placed to deal with all aspects of residential conveyancing. Her straightforward, approachable style reassures clients and she leads them through an often stressful process in a calm, clear and efficient manner.
